                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT
                   TO FIVE (5) CONTRACTORS LISTED HEREIN FOR
                   THE PURCHASE PRICE OF A SET OF PLANS,
                   CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
                   THE LIGHTING OF THE CHIEF JOHN ROSS BRIDGE,
                   CONTRACT NO. B-2-92, AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO
                   EXCEED THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($375.00), WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
                  
                   
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       reimbursement of $75.00 to the following contractors:
                      Adman Electric Company
                      W. C. Teas Company
                      Apco Construction, Inc.
                      Nabco Electric Company, Inc.
                      Lawson Electric Company, Inc.
                     
       for the purchase price of a set of plans, contract documents and
       specifications for the lighting of the Chief John Ross Bridge,
       Contract No. B-2-92, for a total cost not to exceed $375.00,
       without prior approval.
